The BIGGEST pro to me is that my co-workers care for me....
Last month I was moving, and as a single mom I was very stressed out dealing with this alone. With the power of teamwork, secret service skills and true genuine care for me...my co-workers chipped in and hired a cleaning company to come clean my old apartment I was living in! All of this was done secretly and was such a complete surprise to me and nicest act of kindness. It was the nicest thing to do for me at this moment in time, as I was seriously dreading the thought of moving all day just to turn around and clean my old place all night. It was almost as if they tapped into my heart and soul and figured out how they could make my day better (Venterra reference). I was completely shocked by their compassion, concern, care and team effort with pulling it off. I feel so lucky to work with such a great group of people and company, and without a doubt I know they truly care about me. In my opinion, feeling appreciated, respected and loved is very rare to come across in the work field and sometimes let alone in life.
