Pros

Venterra provides a fun work environment with challenging, rewarding work. Venterra spends a lot more time on the hiring process than most companies which results in a better work experience with co-workers who are good at what they do.

Cons

I can't think of very many cons. If you are the type of person who doesn't like to work or have fun you may not thrive here.

If you are looking for a company that is a true reflection of its values, gives every employee a voice, succeeds in promoting from within, and loves to have FUN, then Venterra is the right place for you! Excellent organization that keeps getting better and better.

Cons

If you don't fit the company's values and vision, then Venterra is not a place for you. It's not easy working for Venterra, but your efforts will be recognized and rewarded.

While travel can differ depending on role and region, and most of our employees stick to their community, we definitely do like to try to get everyone together for events like our annual Kickoff Party, regional family fun days, and our Leadership Conference.
