I've been working with Venterra for about a month now. When I started everyone was so welcoming! The staff I work with are all so nice its like we are one big happy family!

Pros

Venterra Truly cares about their employees and provides a fun atmosphere. There is always room for internal promotions, contest to win extra money, and tons of fun events. I started as a Leasing Consultant and was promoted to Assistant Manager after 1 year, and I am currently a Community Manager. I look forward to the years to come with the best place to work.

Cons

I don't have any cons. Great place to work. Even when you are having a rough time, you have a huge team of employees ready to help.
