Pros

Encourages open communication. Solicits feedback at meetings and via survey's. Quarterly Reviews. Everyone is treated with respect. Open lines of communication. Contests. Family Fun Day every year. Huge focus on customer service.

Cons

If you are a clock watcher, may not be the company for you. Insurance benefits not the best but in all fairness, unless you work for a company with a huge number of employees, no benefits are great these days. We did add 401K a few years ago and I am very excited about that.

I am going on 3 years with Venterra and it is by far the best company that I have been employed with. Waking up every day to work with highly dedicated people that share the same goals is truly a pleasure. Venterra dedicates an overwhelming amount of effort to ensure the comfort, safety, and convenience to our residents. I can truly say that the same effort is given to employees, with providing development and growth we are able to promote with-in, allowing us to maintain a great culture.

Cons

There are no Cons, Love Venterra.
