I have worked for Venterra going on 12 years and I would not change a thing. Everyone works really hard to excel in all they do and to help you excel in your position as well.

Cons

I really can't think of any cons to list, but what I can say is that this company is for people that truly enjoy helping others and really care about their customers. If you are not a people person, then this is probably not the job for you.

I LOVE VENTERRA! I have only been with the company a short time, BUT I never thought a company could be so united! They treat their employees like individuals and not just a number. They value employee feedback and your voice is always heard, to the point where you are eligible for cash rewards for sharing bright ideas that can make the company better. Their core values are unheard of in this industry and really make them shine as a top rated company to work for, as well as makes their properties a joy to call home. Senior management is beyond experienced and have a vast amount of knowledge to share and assist those working under them.

Cons

They expect 150% from you and they are willing to help you in any way possible to get you there. All the tools are given to you to better yourself as a professional in the Multi Family Housing industry and Venterra's drive to give nothing but excellence to their customers reflects in the training of their employees.
