Pros

The company listens to and cares about it's employees. It is constantly changing and evolving to become a better company. It provides regular feedback on performance. One of the few companies that goes out of its way for the resident - WOW program is great.

Cons

There a lots of new initiatives that are rolled out to the property level on a regular basis. The company is constantly changing to become better, so once you have been with the company you learn to embrace the changes. Overall, a really good, caring company.

Pros

I have been with the company for several years now and have received numerous promotions and raises based on accomplishments. I have had the opportunity to work with bright, hard working peers and enjoy great support from regional and executive teams. I have recently passed on higher offers because of this company's culture and dedication to work life balance. Of course there are companies that will offer a higher salary to recruit good talent, but at what cost? I feel like the pay I receive is fair. I left my previous employer to take a job with Venterra making 1/3 of what I was accustomed to and I have not looked back.

Cons

I will echo other reviews I have seen - if you don't like to work hard and break new ground this is not the company for you. That said, we sure do play hard too!
