Thank you for your review! It's good to know that you've been surrounded by a solid team of peers and managers who are open to you as a resource. It's these folks who will make or break that fun environment that you describe! We're also glad to hear that your residents have taken notice of the customer service focus that sets us apart from the rest and plays a big part in making every day different from the next onsite. Although office hours and days vary depending on the community, our growth and efforts to improve have definitely raised demands on the time of most employees. We strive to create hours that best serve our current and future residents, but it's also important that the schedules are created in a way that works for employees, as well. If you feel that this balance should be looked at within your community please don't hesitate to have the discussion with your Property Manager. We also believe that our focus on increasing the simplicity in our processes will result in more time that can aid in finding a comfortable work-life balance.
