I have been with the company for several years now and have received numerous promotions and raises based on accomplishments. I have had the opportunity to work with bright, hard working peers and enjoy great support from regional and executive teams. I have recently passed on higher offers because of this company's culture and dedication to work life balance. Of course there are companies that will offer a higher salary to recruit good talent, but at what cost? I feel like the pay I receive is fair. I left my previous employer to take a job with Venterra making 1/3 of what I was accustomed to and I have not looked back.

Cons

I will echo other reviews I have seen - if you don't like to work hard and break new ground this is not the company for you. That said, we sure do play hard too!

Entrepreneurial spirit at the corporate office offers a lot of flexibility how work gets done. Lots of challenges and opportunities for learning as the business continues to grow. Relatively young and lively management team. Strong sense of family with frequent employee bonding activities.

Cons

Financial incentives and benefits just seem average.
