I thoroughly enjoy working for Venterra Realty. I am so proud to have such a great company to call my employer. Company culture has always been important to me and Venterra's culture is one that honestly cares not only about their product and customer but of the team that represents it!

Cons

I have to work some Sunday hours. But not every week!

Venterra is a great company and the culture is awesome! There is a team environment feel and they keep it fun!

Salaries- do not match their employees accomplishments/experiences, and is more based off unit count of the community.

A Culture Unlike Anything Else

While most companies have a network of people just doing their job Venterra Realty is a culture filled with people doing something they enjoy. The career opportunities are vast with great chances of internal promotion . The training you receive is invaluable and detailed. No matter what property you work at you encounter a culture of friendly people willing to help and add to your knowledge. The computer programs and apps that the company uses make life so much easier and efficient. Rather than scold; leadership presents their suggestions in a way that communicated that they are there to help you and make you better.

Cons

If you're the kind of person who doesn't like extra events or "fun days" with your company than that could be a con, but if you are into participating and having a good time then you are good to go!
