I am very happy to be an employee of Venterra Realty sine 2007. I have other friends who work for different management companies and all of my friends have told me Venterra has an excellent business model. Venterra puts a high focus on customer service and takes the time to celebrate an employee's success. Venterra has en extensive training program for all different job positions to ensure all residents can receive the best service at all times.

Cons

I do not have any negative comments about Venterra Realty.

Caring Management from Property-Regional-Corporate Excellent pay and benefits with availability to advance in any position Ongoing monthly training A lot of Reward incentives for doing your job! Bonus! Bonus! Bonus! You and your family matter! Holidays paid! Offers Insurance, 401, Investments Raise money for breast cancer thru Susan G. Komen Foundation. Venterra gives back and cares about both residents and employees! I love working for Venterra!

Cons

No gym memberships or massage therapy included. No clothing reimbursement

I started Venterra afew years ago with no experience in the Industry, and because of this wonderful company, I received wonderful training that led me to a quck promotion into a higher position. I love the ideas that upper management has and that they are able to roll these out throughout the company. I love the fact the customer service is THE MOST IMPORTANT part of my job. And I love the feeling that I get being part of a team that actually stands for something that matters more than money.

Cons

I really can not think of any cons that would deter me from referring a friend or someone else to work for the company.
