Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. We're glad to hear that you've enjoyed our culture, have found support in your role, and have found the individuals on our teams friendly!
While we will always aim to be competitive in terms of compensation and benefits, there can definitely be times when what's in place can be different from what an individual would prefer. We'd like to encourage you to be candid and honest with your supervisor if you feel that we should be taking a closer look at your particular situation or if you have a specific benefit in mind that we should be considering company-wide.
In this same line of thought, please be sure your supervisor is aware of the direction that you are interested in growing with us, as well. While we certainly aren't as large as some other multi-family companies out there, we will always make good on our employer promise to "strive to promote from within," and we've had plenty of success on this front to date. An open conversation about the specific career goals you have in mind is definitely the place to start in order to get the ball rolling!
