      No HR Dept. Vacay time should increase (ex. after 5yrs of service).

      Venterra Realty has several departments that categorize under Human Resources: Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting/Employee Development, & Training. Vacation time inceases after 4 years of employment.

      Great people, interesting work. Valuable opportunity to be exposed to the US market while working in Toronto.

      Cons

      Benefits have been cut back drastically over the past year which has severely impacted morale.
