While we absolutely do put a huge focus on our current and future residents, we also always want to make sure that our employees have a great experience with us, as well. With the goal in mind of having happy and healthy employees we recently launched our Better Living website which encourages you to make your personal life goals a priority and we encourage you to work towards them. We also will be rewarding you and cheering you on in your personal journeys. We've already given away $4,000 in prizes for participation & still have $11,000 to give away this year - just for living better! With the rapid growth and ongoing efforts to improve the organization, there have definitely been elevated demands on everyone’s time. We have been increasingly focused on driving “Simplicity” throughout the organization and believe there is significant opportunity for us to give time back to employees by streamlining internal processes and making it easier to do the work that is necessary. This will be a primary focus for us during the second half of the year. Thank you again for taking the time to provide your feedback!
