      What a Great Year!

      Venterra is an excellent company to work for - They embrace the multitude of differences among people, employees and residents alike, and have developed an internal culture of diversity, equity and inclusion. This is the core value of this company and felt on a daily basis. It easy to work for a company that cares so much, not only about the experience of the resident(s) but the employee(s) as well. The training provided to each employee is outstanding and is designed for ultimate success all-around. In my one year with the company, I've learned a great deal and have been treated with respect, compassion and dignity, more than I ever was in the last 17 years with my previous employer. Venterra is not a company you'll want to leave. Once employed, you're in it for the long haul. They are the difference between "job" and "career" and the epitome of lifelong "job contentment". Venterra truly, truly cares for people. That is evident to all fortunate to have any experience related to the company.
