Pros

Great team atmosphere with managers who push you to follow your passions. Room for whatever growth you are interested in within the company.

Cons

The only con is that the company is spread out so we don't get to see all of of colleagues face to face.

Venterra: A company that truly cares more

Pros

Being part of the Houston Corporate Team but working in my region has allowed for me to connect with Houston Corporate members virtually and in person. The time we can set aside from our daily accountabilities to be of help to the onsite teams allows everyone to feel supported in the best ways. Venterra standards and expectations of me in my role are achievable and realistic which makes the work life stress level low compared to other companies. The newly structured time off program has added a Mental Health Day. To have a company recognize that you truly sometimes just need a day to sit and relax at home and forget about work is the reason why Venterra shows that they do care more.

Cons

In my personal opinion I don't think there are any cons working for Venterra. It is truly a breath of fresh air.
