For the most part it was a great experience

Cons

Some regional managers are not willing to actually listen to their property managers making it feel as if you were set up to fail. I've seen it several times and it happened to me. I should have left long ago.

I've had the privilege of being a part of the Venterra family for the past 19 years, and I have had an incredible journey here. Throughout my time at Venterra, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication of the leadership team to fostering a work environment that promotes growth, inclusivity, and innovation. Their leadership style encourages employees to take risks to drive the company forward and ensure Venterra is a leader in the multifamily industry in every way. This is especially important in my role and consistently exceeding customer and employee expectations aligns with our core values. This alignment enhances the organization’s authenticity and integrity, reinforcing trust among all stakeholders.
