You're absolutely right. Always striving to improve as a company definitely means that our employees need to do the same, and this results in some high expectations that can certainly be difficult for some, but in the end are well worth the effort. Our Leader Promise to "have fun and celebrate success" can definitely come in all different forms, and making sure that we are taking the time to recognize accomplishments on the spot is definitely a critical one.
