Thanks for your feedback! It's great hearing that your experiences with us have been positive overall. While requirements for commutes and hours can vary by community and by role it's important that we are doing our best to make sure that we strike a balance between our policies creating a positive customer experience and creating a positive employee experience, so please be sure to speak up to your Property Manager if you ever feel like we should consider tweaking the setup at your community. You're definitely correct that with just about any Venterra role there is the potential of needing to deal with upset folks. It's important that our employees are able to competently and confidently handle these situations while not internalizing any negativity. While this is the case with most customer service positions, we do our best (largely through the great training that you mention) to make sure our employees are as prepared as possible to handle this difficult situations.
