- Loves to promote from within - Very Work/Life balance focus - Great Leadership (will help educate you and teach you so you can grow) - Diverse - Team Orientated (From on-site to upper management, everyone is willing to help you with anything.) - Growth Focus (for you and your region) - And etc. I could go on, but Venterra is a industry leader that I wish other companies followed after in our line of work. If you work hard, and try your very best, you will get rewarded.

Cons

Nothing major. If you work in the multi-family industry before you will deal with the same usual stuff with other companies but you will be supported by your leadership if you are doing things the right way.

Loved the entire culture of the company and how they celebrated their employees. Venterra owns and manages and the feedback is amazing from HR. They take In consideration the employees and the residents feedback. Plus their WOW program was my favorite thing ever. I loved showering my residents with love.

Cons

I don’t have to many negative things to say. It’s a great place for advancement.
