We appreciate you taking the time to share the review. It’s great that you enjoyed the company of your peers and the perks, programs, and benefits that we offer our team members, but, given how important competitive pay and career growth are to a great employee experience, I’m sorry that you feel we’re not up to par in these areas. While around 65% of our corporate/regional positions have been filled with internal promotions, as we continue to grow, we expect to see more employees taking advantage of our “Pathways to Success” program and more opportunities to make good on our Employer Promise to “promote from within.” That said, regardless of position, it’s important that we’re offering pay that matches qualifications and skills. Recent changes to compensation structure and the continued use of benchmarking reports to inform decisions have made a positive impact, but there’s always room to improve, so we appreciate the insights.
