This is the best teamwork company I have ever worked for! Every Community Manager, Regional, Area, Leaser, and Assistant Manager will help you at any time and any place. Everyone cares about all employees in this company.

Cons

My only con is maybe training should be a little more in dept.

Growing so fast that sometimes there are disconnects between divisions but that’s typical for companies scaling rapidly.

This is a awesome company, they really take care of their employees and provide an awesome culture.

Cons

A strong emphasis is on surveys, which can be frustrating when information is skewed. Not much room to improve those without just getting more.
