It’s great to know that you’ve enjoyed the company of your colleagues, the values of our leaders, and our “people-first” approach to business. We appreciate the feedback in regard to compensation and expense planning. We utilize benchmarking reports to make regular adjustments to team member pay and have made some recent changes to the compensation structure, but compensation should always align with the qualifications and contributions of the individual. Given this, I’d encourage you to connect with your Community Manager if we need to take a closer look at your situation. In the same vein, while we do our best to predict the resources that will be needed to meet resident needs and budget accordingly, there’s always room to improve, so we’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind as we look at making changes in this area.
