The feedback is much appreciated, but I’m disappointed to hear about your observations as far as onsite management. Maintaining an award-winning culture absolutely means that leaders at all levels of the organization prioritize the experience of their team members. That includes minimizing office politics and treating others with professionalism and respect at all times.
