Nothing stands out to me as a con

If I could give zero stars. I would. This company embodies everything that's wrong with corporate culture todays. From top to bottom. It's a complete disaster. They have no concept of fair compensation or respect for work-life balance. It's an environment where you're expected to go above and beyond without any recognition or appropriate reward. The products are a nightmare. They're plagued with glitches, frequent crashes, and user interfaces that are anything but user-friendly. To add insult to injury, customer service is left to deal with the fallout. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for employment.
