Having the right managers is essential in any organization. Here, the case was different. The managers were the worst. They assigned task randomly and didn't make the expectations clear. So, employees were usually stressed about not being good enough or not doing a job satisfactorily. All this trouble could have been avoided if the upper management kept an eye on the managers and ensured that they did their job properly. Sadly, they didn't bother . It was awful.

Management seemed to live on a different planet. Their project goals were, well, lets just say they belonged in a sci-fi movie. Like, expecting us to build a social media platform for Mars by next week. It felt like trying to code while juggling chainsaws. This disconnect between fantasy and reality got old fast, and honestly, it made it hard to feel like we were actually accomplishing anything.
