Cons

The whole leadership is fake, and thework environment is fake. The management keeps holding events or telling employees that are supposed to boost our morale, but the work environment remains the same. It's still the stressful and exhausting work environment that the employees have to endure. The management doesn't make real changes here.

Venture 3 Systems' management has way too many demands! The managers here ask too much from the employees despite compensating us with poor pay. The workload and work hours here do not match the measly pay, and the worst part is that the training sessions are subpar! So, we get tired, earn low, and don't learn anything.

None. All they left me was a bad taste in my mouth and a ton of stress about the pitiful pay they gave.

Cons

They boast about their friendly environment and all this training, but it's all fake. They hang around promising commissions that never materialize, you're force to cold phone all day, and there's intense pressure to reach ludicrous quotas. They exhaust you, then discard you as though you were yesterday's trash.
