Pros

If you want some exposure to projects, you can expect the same here, as they need all hands on deck

Cons

It could have been a decent place to work if the management hadn't had a few arrogant and evil people. These terrible people resisted change and didn't respond well to any suggestions for improvement. Their arrogant attitude and weird behavior frequently created chaos and stressful situations. I left when I couldn't tolerate it anymore.

Despite any challenges we faced my former teammates were remained positive, adaptable, and focused on delivering quality work.

Cons

You know that feeling when you're not sure how much money you're going to make each month? Yeah, that was a constant worry. Sales commissions can fluctuate wildly, and there were months when I barely made enough to cover my bills. It's tough living with that kind of uncertainty hanging over your head.
