Leadership failed at change management and increased our stress

Pros

They transitioned to work from home policy. At one time, I thought it would be good for me, but it turned out to be terrible.

Cons

THE LEADERSHIP OF THE COMPANY HAD FAILED AT MANAGING CHANGE. They are arrogant people with a lot of attitude issues. They didn't care that a SUDDEN SHIFT TO WORK FROM HOME DURING THE PANDEMIC INCREASED OUR STRESS LEVELS AND LED TO EXHAUSTION. Instead, they increased their demands and made things terrible for us. Also, the company's process were complicated, and more training was needed to understand it all. The top management was aware of this but didn't enhance the AWFUL TRAINING PROGRAM. It was ridiculous. Don't join here. AVOID!!!

Pros

There's no micromanagement, the company atmosphere is great, its work from home, and there's a clear chain of command. I love being able to work from home and Venture 3 does a great job providing you with everything you need for the role.

Cons

The pay is horrible, no matter if you're in sales or support the starting pay is $13 an hour and if you work hard you may make up to $15 if you're a supervisor. This is not a livable wage and management does not care. They are charging $1300 for computers worth $299 max, but can't pay more than $14 an hour. There is no career progression.

We have employee discounts. I can't think of anything else.

Cons

Please replace the managers. The management is full of people who lack adequate knowledge and experience in the industry. It's obvious because most of the managers make decisions that are borderline laughable, and even my co-workers and I recognize how terrible their ideas are. But the other managers don't say anything. They either just let things slide because they don't care, or they also have no idea why they're bad. Either way, it's not a good look for the company to have this kind of manager leading it.
