Pros

You're expected to work all the time. Coworkers (primary reason many stay as it is a good thing when you find a good team to be part of).

Cons

Pay is poor when compared to other electronic companies. This company does not care about the people at all and if you're looking for a job... do not go here because they do not care. All they care about is the market share and $. Go to a company that truly cares about its employees.

Pros

To be honest, I really tried hard and gave my very best but they aren't enough to be successful in this job.

Cons

The training program they had for new hires isn't enough for us to perform how they expect us to. They're clearly want to put the employees on job as soon as possible and let them swim out on their own. Most end up getting frustrated and then getting fired for poor performance.

Pros

Venture 3 Systems is a great company to work for. The inbound calls received are warm leads. The seniors that call requesting pricing are genuinely interested in purchasing which makes the quota attainable.

Cons

The weekend shifts are mandatory.
