Decent pay, commission opportunities, paid incentives, paid time off, lowish turnover rate, good company overall.

Cons

Not much room for growth into a lifelong career, good starting job in IT, but not for those looking to pursue a 10 year+ career.

I have been working here for years and the employees and owners are very knowledgeable on what needs to be in and on computers. Everyone is top notch from programmers to sales to support to warehouse.

Cons

There are no cons at this workplace.

Friendly atmosphere with management, very approachable Allow employees the freedom to resolve issues as best they can on their own, not micromanaged Easy to get assistance from management or peers as needed for difficult issues Have company lunches and dinners on occasion to help everyone get to know one another and as employee appreciation Enjoy helping out the elderly, very satisfying emotional job, sleep well at night Enjoy working as a team where everyone is there to support and help you with any problems or questions Get rewarded for hard work if you make your metrics, you do get bonus money Can work from home if the weather isn't good or if you earn work from home incentives

Cons

Not a state or government job don't get all of the non-traditional holidays off, but do get 3 floating holidays to use as you see fit Health/dental insurance isn't as good as government health insurance, few jobs are No sick days, just PTO days to use, if your sick Expected to work even if there is bad weather such as a blizzard from home
