Venture 3 is growing at a steady pace and everyone works well as a team. All departments come together to get the job done at the end of the day.

Cons

No clear direction; not enough staff to work efficiently.

Pros

I have been working with Venture 3 systems for 4 years, and it has been a very good experience. Being a smaller company, I am given a great deal of responsibility and freedom in a variety of different roles. I continue to learn new things and take on new challenges even after all these years. The company is dynamic and adapts to challenges as they present themselves.

Cons

The same things that make a small company great, can also make them challenging. The job is much more than just clocking in from 9-5 and doing the same old same old. If you like the predictability, stability and slow pace of larger businesses, this job may not job be for you. This of course may or may not apply to you depending on what job you are interviewing for.

Pros

its a very close knit group of people to work with. Opportunity is good. Bonus's and commissions are good and add up fast. You do have to really work hard but it can be worth it. Not sure who posted some of these reviews but it doesn't sound like the place I work! Sure it can be hard sometimes but not everything is perfect all the time. I like it much better than anywhere else I've worked.

Cons

Sometimes the phone doesn't ring enough to get as many calls as I'd like, but there are other ways to make money too. Growing pains can be hard sometimes and can be stressful but always seem to work out.
