      Pros

      Newer Trucks & Trailers, Maintains the fleet in good working order. If you live in the Indianapolis area they have opportunities in the area to get you home. Most freight is based into or out of Indianapolis.

      Cons

      Management works against the drivers, not for the drivers. Poor Communications (no one answers the phones or returns calls) Low Pay 29-35 CPM they say they pay bonus but they always find a way not to pay them. 90% automotive fleet. Use's outside brokers to find general freight. The owner has stepped aside and turn daily operations over to a former Celadon CEO.
