      Gossipy, rough, deceptive, intolerant culture. Lack of employee training. Human Resources lacking in competence.

      Pros

      Great benefits package. Very passionate employees running the various projects. When work is initiated and defined, it is what they say it will be. There are some really good managers who are an inspiration to work for. If training is offered, it is generally first class and well done.

      Cons

      The work can get monotonous quickly. They do not utilize technology as a business tool, rather as a burden to work. There are some extremely heavy handed managers who treat employees and vendors as threats. There is also an extreme interpretation of the SOX Law that hampers productivity.

      *Expected to drive 53 foot trucks on the property, even though that's not in the job description. * Dealing with junk dryer, purchased by inept management, is a daily nightmare! * MICROMANAGING is at lvl 9999 at downriver facility. * "Guilty until proven innocent" mantra towards staff once an accusation is made by an overweight coworker who went to school with manager.
