      Dysfunctional Company with Abysmal Company Culture

      Pros

      Potential International Exposure. Learning about water treatment. Exposure to equipment along with the chemicals and service. Some of the average people are great.

      Cons

      Disjointed, dysfunctional company. Continually changing branding. No career development. Unqualified management. Business Unit Manager position merely a stepping stone for the chosen ones. Dishonesty. Culture of "not my job".

      Pros

      Veolia offered a good work life balance, providing the ability to work remote along with flexibility of altering schedule to accommodate your life.

      Cons

      While employed, there was a lot of management change, which made it difficult to feel secure in your position. In my position, I went through 3 different managers in the last year. The last manager also never even reached out to talk/discuss my position for the first 2 months.

      Pros

      Corporate environment is flexible, allows ee's to take time for families. Good Benefits and pay.

      Cons

      Most employees are 'stuck' as they tend to overpay, in my opinion. Always asking to do more with less, so employees are stressed. Too many managers and way too many meetings getting nothing accomplished. Not much room for advancement, if any.
