Pros

The culture and benefits are great.

Cons

They pay little and want a lot out of employees. Requirements are constantly changing. The job I was hired they required a bachelor now they require an associates which is fine but the pay scale should change across the board and it doesn’t.

Great benefits for a worldwide company. Flexible work schedules/hybrid options.

Cons

Constant resolving door, especially in HR and VPs. Management is poor and not qualified for the job. Staff is lazy. HR is a joke.
