Pros

Veracross has a great culture and is full of really nice people who care about customers. I left recently, but it has nothing to do with the company, people or benefits because everything was really good. Something was offered to me out of the blue that I couldn’t turn down but if it weren’t for that, I would still be there. Enjoyed my teammates and meeting schools from all around the world.

Cons

Nothing I can think of! If there were something I felt was a negative, I would feel confident to talk about it and would be heard.

Pros

- New exec leadership team is very strong and focused on growing the business in a sustainable way. They're accessible and willing to help you find answers. - Good work/life balance if you know how to manage your time and expectations with clients & team. - Clients genuinely seem to like our product and team. Conversations with them are pretty rewarding.

Cons

- Management across the board, top to bottom, needs a lot of diversity education. Things get said off the cuff that are uncomfortable to overhear. - Slowly moving away from the homogeneous culture there used to be in 2019, but still a long way to go to make employees of color and women feel heard and accepted. - Employee experiences are probably vastly different depending on who your manager is. Not every manager will stand up for their team in the same way. I'm personally lucky with who my manager is, but I know my experience doesn't match everyone's.
