      Growing Fast, Great Team Members

      Pros

      Overall there has been great progress improving the overall work environment while growing our customer base supplying great products to schools that help educate our future thinkers. Benefits including 401K match recently announced, good pay increases, bonuses, and a good holiday/vacation mix have helped to improve employees work environment while we continue to grow. I particularly enjoy my coworkers and managers that are always there to support and help me.

      Cons

      Because of the natural cycle of our schools' academic year, the workload at certain periods peaks, like in most businesses but management has put in several initiatives to help offset this. Because of this cycle, it sometimes is challenging to schedule vacation but all of our team members pitch in to help.

      My coworkers and supervisors are wonderful - talented, hardworking, compassionate, and caring individuals. I enjoy my job more because I am well supported by them.

      Professional growth potential for anyone looking to progress

      Pros

      The team at Veracross consists of a group of professionals unlike any I have encountered. Everyone collectively checks their ego at the door when coming to work each day. Every meeting, chat, and company communication conveys kindness. Your organizational skills, no matter how good you think they are, will be improved significantly in this role. Overall, I would rate it one of my favorite places to work because of the leadership team and my colleagues.

      Cons

      Growth at any company can present a difficult balancing act. The good thing here is that Veracross is making strong infrastructural enhancements to facilitate this growth and ensure long-term success, both during national economic prosperity and downturns.
