Pros
Very modern equipment, flexible hours, very reasonable about remote work, nice people, gym with crossfit and yoga classes, and a great office and environment. I worked multiple nightmare jobs before getting in here and have maintained that I didn't simply go from a bad job to a normal one, I lucked out and went to a great job. The company acknowledges the difficulties (cons below) and is constantly holding events for the employees (happy hours during Summer, monthly lunches, pancake breakfasts, Lunch and Learns (free lunch with a class), etc.). We also accumulate vacation time faster than anywhere I've ever worked before.
Cons
-Certain times of the year are stressful but that comes with the territory and every job worth doing is likely to carry stress. -The learning curve is steep (the product gets more complicated every week) but is very doable and the company is focused on improving training.
