The company has a great mixture of people spread across North America, UK and Australia. They have a fantastic attitude toward work. There is a clear structure for career progression. They are profitable and have healthy growth.

Cons

There is no office to use in the UK. The salary and benefits could be better.

- Awesome company to work for that goes the extra mile for its people - Opportunity to work across multiple countries with teammates from all over the world - Really incredible software that customers absolutely love

- A lot of growth means a lot of different things going on - but that is not necessarily a bad thing!

Pros

Veracross has grown at a tremendous clip in the past five years. As we have added new roles and expanded our geographical footprint, many of the folks who were with the company prior to our PE acquisition are still here in positions of leadership (including VP and C-Suite), which I think speaks to the positive company culture instilled by our founder. We are fully remote, which is a positive or negative depending on your perspective, with opportunities to work in the office for those who live in proximity to Wakefield, MA.

Cons

I wish we could be in-person more frequently but that's not practical given our hiring base of the last several years — so many folks live too far away.
