Firstly, Veracross have a remote-first attitude to employment - work where you work best! Everyone I've had the pleasure of interacting with at VC have been nothing but friendly and inviting from day 1. Processes here make sense, and there's really no unnecessary meetings or hoops to jump through to get work done. There's a feeling of mutual trust between all teams and team members, which makes it a genuine pleasure to be here.

You do not get in-trouble if quota is not net so the stress is great at this level because it’s minimal. Very laxxed day and quarter Easy to understand day to day

Cons

Training is minimal. Pay is decent Takes a lot for change to happen. They work very slow to approve things
