Pros

CEO and Sr. Staff are new (about a year into their time) and are clearly doing all of the right things. Employees are treated like they matter, the new product roadmap is brilliant and there is a lot of opportunity to create, excel, participate and learn.

Cons

Very little downside. If I had to pick one thing, it would be the old and disparate systems but there is an aggressive and well funded plan to solve this problem during 2018.

Pros

Life saving products which make a difference. Proud employees, employee which have given many years of their career are truly the heart of the company. Friendly environment.

Cons

Depending on which department you work in. Your life at Verathon will either be one of learning or one of drudgery. Management appears on the rise with many chiefs telling fewer and fewer Indians what to do. Finally, the company direction appears to be driven for profit and not the customer as in the past.

Pros

I greatly enjoy working with the smart, talented people at this company. Whether it be the engineers in R&D, the professionals in customer care or the exuberant sales team, people are very passionate about their work.

Cons

The systems need updating, which is currently underway. I look forward to the new software and programming that will enable us to work much more efficiently.
