      Pros

      A constantly growing company and technology driven. Strives to create a healthy work culture.

      Cons

      They have missed with some management hires and even though it was obvious, they haven't done much to rectify it. Which suggest they are disconnected from most employees in the company.

      Clickish culture We are not in high school ELT makes poor decisions on department leadership. Don't say "no" to ELT even if it the Right thing to do Push people out that ELT does not like Can't rate lower than 1 star Burn out on a regular basis ZER0 work life balance in certain areas Nepotism much?

      Recently promoted leadership to the Director position has made for a negative environment. There is constant micromanaging and a lack of trust and respect impacting the sales team.
