Pros

Verathon has a very welcoming culture, everyone is very friendly and great to work with. My team is very supportive and knowledgeable and there is a lot of room for professional growth. The work is very rewarding and I feel proud to support our mission and products. My manager and team trust me, I feel empowered in my role and have a lot of flexibility. Work life balance is amazing! Tons of recognition and appreciation for the work I do.

Cons

A lot of turn over in the last couple years but the recruiting team has found some amazing replacements and my team is better than ever.
