Company is very value and team driven. The company seems to have a culture of treating its employees well.

Cons

My own experience was feeling a little trapped without much room for growth from the position I was in, but that does not seem to be the case for all positions.

We use a number of external resources and multiple data points to ensure our commission plans are fair and competitive in our market. Due to this, our attrition in sales is significantly below industry average which we believe is a strong indicator that our plans are competitive and that the majority of our sales employees are happy with them.
