Incredible products, Great comp plans, Launching state of the art products every year. I can only speak for my Region but its like a family. I could go on and on.

Cons

Honest, none to really make as a con. Every company has quirks

Feel Included and important. Cool to see the products (BladderScan) being built in HQ in Bothell

it is a smaller company, so only so far you can advance.

Great Company; Great Culture!

Pros

I have been here two years. It is the best company I have worked for . . . by far. The culture is great. Employees are truly valued, appreciated and empowered. Leadership truly cares about each and every employee, and are building a company centered on customers and people. We are really on a journey to be a great company. Our future is very bright. Our products are fantastic and the growth potential is real. I came here form another local medical device company. I thought I would enjoy the culture better from everything I had heard from previous colleagues who came to Verathon, and thought I could have an impact. Both have been better than I even expected. I love my job and love being part of this company.

Cons

Still a few negative people from the "old" Verathon, but the number is much smaller. Continue to hold people accountable for contributing to the future and making this a great place to work. For those who don't want to be here, help them leave.
