      Pros

      Nice people. Smart people. Relaxed atmosphere. Flexibility. Interesting and varied projects. Upcoming product releases look exiting. Very transparent management. I have never been in a company where all the plans and numbers are shared so freely.

      Cons

      None so far. The old, tired building is being remodeled this year and looks to be very nice.

      I think overall, manager try to do right but tend to be micro managing and that resulted in some turnovers

      Ground level management & co-workers. lots of good experience & training opportunities

      Cons

      Upper Management can be hard to communicate to. Dosn't know how work actually gets done on the ground level.
