      Having worked here for 7+ years I can tell you that most all the people here are terrific to work with. The technology of Glidescope and Bladderscan are household names in the hospitals, and are extremely well-received

      Cons

      The main issue at hand lies upon the executive leadership, namely the CEO. Our CEO likes to continuously brag of record profitable years, yet he also continues to cut our compensation for two years running. One must wonder if the leadership is truly this out of touch with the times, or just incompetent. At a time when inflation is ravaging our country and wallets, they decide not to keep pay the same, but instead to slash commission rates. I always thought if a company is having record years than we can all go to the top and eat grapes together, right? Wrong. This has caused a major earthquake amongst the reps and motivation to go out and sell is at an all time low. Also we haven't held a national meeting in over two years! While other companies in our field have resumed normal meeting events, our leadership still cowers behind covid as an excuse to hide on the sidelines, sad.

We pride ourselves on the high-quality products and solutions we deliver to our healthcare providers. It’s unfortunate to hear you are disappointed with your current commission plan. We use a number of external resources and multiple data points to ensure our commission plans are fair and competitive in our market. Due to this, our attrition in sales is significantly below industry average which we believe is a strong indicator that our plans are competitive and that the majority of our sales employees are happy with them. As a medical device company our highest priority is the health and safety of our customers and employees. While we were all very disappointed that we needed to cancel our global sales meeting this year, the decision was made solely based on the safety of our customers and employees due to the current number of Covid cases.       Clickish culture We are not in high school ELT makes poor decisions on department leadership. Don't say "no" to ELT even if it the Right thing to do Push people out that ELT does not like Can't rate lower than 1 star Burn out on a regular basis ZER0 work life balance in certain areas Nepotism much?
