Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We completely agree that the ongoing supply chain issues have been frustrating. Our leadership and Operations teams are working around the clock to provide innovative and new solutions to this crisis. Developments are occurring at a constant and rapid pace but we are doing all we can to prioritize and support our customers during this time. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the diversity at our company. In recent years, Verathon has had a strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Part of this work includes examining trends in promotions and working to make necessary changes to close any gaps identified. We are proud to say that last year 50% of our promotions into sales leadership roles were female. While we have made great progress, this is ongoing work and we rely on feedback and open discussion as part of that process.
