Too ambitious with a lot of consequences.

Excellent company when it comes to fire-fighting. Great colleagues, at least for the time when they are still with the company.

Cons

The long-term vision has changed so much it is hard to tell where exactly the company is heading. Lack of communication / or only cleverly pre-digested information made available. Extremely high turn-over rate due to disatisfaction, low morale, lack of clarity on the long-term stability.

Been with Verathon less than a year, waiting for a year then I will be moving on.

Pros

The products have the ability to change lives. It is good to be part of the team that creates a product that helps others live a better life.

Cons

Products are on the way to being market saturated. Company culture is very toxic. Very poor work/life balance, unreasonable expectations set. Turnover appears to be very high, and management doesn't seem concerned. On paper benefits look good, until you have to use them. Cost is high and coverage is terrible.

Lots of casual activities and treats (lunch/ snacks, ...) .Team activities and weekly sport gatherings. Diverse team and awesome talents. Free parking.

Cons

The company does not treats US and Canada the same. The work-life balance does not have meaning. The job responsibility and expectations are not clear.
