Coming from a larger company it is extremely refreshing to land at a company that is in lockstep as far as all departments are marching towards the same mission and vision and are willing to enable all parts of the organization to achieve success no interdepartmental power struggles. Great 401K Match and really great people in all areas of the company. Good tools and access to great equipment and software.

Cons

Insurance didn't fit my families complex needs but is a good plan for most. Other than that nothing that sticks out yet!
